Our programmes

If you have a passion for engineering and are looking to gain qualifications while working, an apprenticeship could be perfect for you.

Combining on-the-job training with studying to gain recognised qualifications, we run yearly craft and technical programmes, based at our manufacturing locations. The skills and expertise you develop during your apprenticeship, will be invaluable to the successful delivery of products and solutions for our customers around the world.

You will grow in confidence and learn new skills, with opportunities to develop further within the Group once you have completed your apprenticeship.
Our global two-year programme consists of three placements across manufacturing, sales and a business area of your choice where you will undertake challenging ‘real life’ roles. You will have the incredible opportunity to undertake six months of one of these placements, in an international location.

The Global Graduate Leadership Development Programme sets you on a path towards commercial or manufacturing leadership roles in the future.

Each year, we recruit in five hub locations* globally; UK, Germany USA, Argentina and China.

A passion for working with others to find solutions is the key to being a successful Sales Engineer with us – and the rest is just training!

As a Sales Engineer, no two days are ever the same as you guide our customers towards improving their sustainability, process efficiency and system reliability. We will help you every step of the way, with a combination of on-the-job training, qualifications and mentorship to support you on your way to success.
