Our Group has been built on strong foundations, spanning more than 135 years to provide mission critical thermal energy and fluid technology solutions to customers in a diverse range of industrial sectors.
We aim to be a safe, sustainable, respectful and inclusive organisation, united by our shared Purpose and Values, that show up every day through the way we make our difference for all our stakeholders.
Who we are
The Group is led by our Group Executive Committee (GEC), which is chaired by our Group CEO, Nimesh Patel. The GEC comprises the leaders of our three Businesses together with the Group’s functional leaders in Finance, HR, Legal, Sustainability and Digital. It is our principal decision-making forum.
