The final step in our brand transition

At our recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 15 May, our shareholders voted in favour of completing an important step in our brand refresh, approving the change of our legally registered name, from Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc to Spirax Group plc with the special resolution receiving 99.95% of the votes cast in favour.

Since the AGM, we’ve been working through a series of steps to complete our legal entity transfer and yesterday we received the certificate from Companies House in the UK (where we are registered) confirming the process is now complete.

Our decision to launch a refreshed brand in February, and subsequently to change our name, reflects the growth and evolution of our Group, while staying true to our heritage of more than 135 years.

Today, we are a Group of three strong solutions-focused Businesses, providing mission critical thermal energy and fluid technology solutions to customers in a diverse range of industrial sectors.

Our new name helps over 10,000 colleagues feel more included and more represented as part of One Group, united by our shared Purpose and Values.
